Belle's Big Day: The Tale of a Rambunctious Goldendoodle by Sydney Whitman is a very cute story about an adorable, energetic, cheerful, and most beautiful dog, Belle. One day Belle's owner, Sydney, leaves her at home while she goes out. Belle plays around a while until she sees a butterfly fluttering around outside, then she decides to chase after it, leading her on a fun and exciting journey.
I love Goldendoodles, they are one of the cutest dogs, at least I think so. And Belle is just so adorable. I would love to own her. This is a sweet book about a fun furry friend. Sydney Whitman does an amazing job with this story as well as the wonderful illustrations she created. I like her writing style, and children will be able to understand and enjoy this book very much. The illustrations created by the author are so very adorable. The beautiful colors are bright but not overly bright and fit the mood of the story so well. And Whitman captures the different moments of Belle's activities just perfectly.
I think this book will make a perfect addition to a child's library. It is a must that Belle's Big Day: The Tale of a Rambunctious Goldendoodle by Sydney Whitman is in every library, daycare, doctors' and dentists' offices, and anywhere else a child may be. I loved this book and I think you and your child will love it as much as I do.
