The journal has six best principles -- Core, Art, Heart, Humanity, Sport, and Spirit -- which will help readers explore their thoughts, actions, and behavior. The book is a good tool to understand where readers need to make changes. There are 52 prompts in the journal which can be used to write in once a week. Every principle has a Value Zone, Focus Point, and Guiding Actions, which is a good way to reflect on goals. The Summary Page at the end of each chapter will help readers decide on how they want their values, behavior, and beliefs to reflect the essence of their character and will help them create a good blend for themselves.

Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino and Kris Fuller have a fresh and innovative approach to a topic that is of interest to readers.
