Building Love is a romantic comedy along the lines of movies like Serendipity by mother-daughter duo Kaelyn Williams and Brooke Williams. A chance encounter with a stranger on a plane turns significant when Skye Blumerson, an architect, finds herself unwittingly drawn to the man. Unable to forget the experience, she begins to have feelings for the stranger she calls Mr. Handsome. When her sister Sunny sets her up on a date with her co-worker, Kevin, Skye starts a relationship with him. Meanwhile, a bitter rival is bombarded with emails that seem to compete with her for every single project. Additionally, a couple of unexpected events complicate matters further. Will Skye be able to continue to push her career trajectory upward while finding the man of her dreams?
Authors Kaelyn and Brooke Williams tell a charming tale of an independent career-driven woman who finds herself amid circumstances beyond her control. Filled with romance, humor, and witty dialogue, Building Love is an entertaining love story that is guaranteed to appeal to fans of romantic comedies. The plot moves quickly, and the narrative is a breeze to go through. The characters have colorful personalities who keep you entertained with their vivacious idiosyncracies throughout the pages. I adored Skye's relationship with her sister, Sunny, as well as her dynamic with Mr. Handsome. CC is a cute addition to the story that animal lovers will thoroughly enjoy. If you're in the mood for a charming romantic comedy, pick up Building Love.
