Wernecke carries the reader through a detailed account of the various areas that influence health and wellness with a focus on holistic medicine. Other life topics examined in depth are paying attention to the body’s signals, alleviating stress, positive thoughts and looking for the root of the problem versus just curing the symptoms. Mixed within are Wernecke’s personal experiences and professional spiritual healer background. Each chapter offers motivation to change in an environment of self-love and care. Also included are chapter questions to help the reader explore their own state of health. A major focus is the Earth’s energy and the Divine Essence that work through chakras and can become blocked causing illness in the bio field.
