In Conflict of Interest, the first book in A Mustang Prairie Romance series by author N.D. Jackson, we meet Shellie Winthrop. Generally happy with life, she's got her best friend, Alex, and a successful consulting business that she loves. But when gorgeous stranger Noel Hampton enters the scene, she starts to think that there might be more in store for her. Noel, a suave New Yorker, is pretty sure there's nothing he'd like less than to move to a tiny town like Mustang Prairie. But he'll do it if it means his business will succeed. And when he meets spitfire Shellie, well, maybe he'll discover the move wasn't the worst thing that could have happened to him, either.
This was a fun, fun read, and I enjoyed it from start to finish. Author N.D. Jackson has done a great job giving us funny and interesting characters in this book and a storyline that will keep the reader turning the pages from start to finish. In fact, the best piece of advice I can give to any reader picking up this book is to have enough time set aside to read the whole thing, as you simply won't want to put it down. Conflict of Interest would be enjoyed by any reader who loves romance and a great read with memorable characters. I recommend Conflict of Interest and am very much looking forward to reading the next installments in this promising series by author N.D. Jackson as soon as I can.
