Most of us have been on at least one diet, probably several. The amount of information we are all faced with, all the different studies, and the advice is overwhelming and conflicting. Workout routines suggested to help you lose weight are often too grueling for words and most of us simply can’t do them. Sam Jones is a busy mum who has found the perfect way to deal with the stress of eating too much and putting on weight. Diet Revolution by Sam Jones is a diet book with a difference and, believe me, I’ve read plenty of them. I am also guilty of hopping from one diet to another with no success. This book breaks all the rules and, although it does talk briefly about dieting, it is more about busting all the myths and misconceptions we have about food. Sam includes a whole lot of nutritional information and easy recipes, as well as some exercises that anyone can do! I found it to be one of the best diet books I have ever read; finally, something I can follow and, hopefully, stick to. It is a practical book, written in a very easy to understand manner. I personally feel that no one will have any trouble after reading this – a highly recommended read.
