Author Biography

J T Milford I began writing poetry just before I retired as a CPA, from public accounting twenty-four years ago. Having lived in Lake Charles, Louisiana most of my life, I use life here as a background for my poetry I really do not write poems, they seem to arrive and demand to be written. Completed as my first manuscript of poetry, these poems reflect certain times, feelings and moments in my life. Manifested in light, music, nature and things often hidden. Previously, I wrote a chapbook of poems and then discarded them as not well written. It is my hope that the reader will find a poem that connects to their feelings and experience.
