It presents a variety of tantalizing dishes and treats from all parts of Italy, especially those related to the fall season. The recipes show readers how to prepare appetizing Italian food. They are simple to follow and most make use of only a few ingredients. The book also offers ways in which the food can be enjoyed with family and when entertaining friends. Since the cuisine represented is focused on a particular season, it contains a variety of food that can be selected during this period.
