Finding Relief from Grief by Amanda Garner is a true story. The author tells readers her story of being a teenage wife and mother, her life with an alcoholic, and finally overcoming her demons and taking the road to recovery and healing from within. The book is an inspiration to many of us out there who lead traumatic lives. The author's experiences give valuable insights as to how we can overcome obstacles and turn our lives into something positive with a little effort from our side. The book is gripping and compelling and there is something for everyone to learn.
