Grief Tools for Healing: 3-2-1 God’s Way by Lois Jean is a helpful book for all those readers who have experienced grief and know that they have no control over life and where they stand in all of God’s creation. The book is a source of peace and comfort and it also reiterates the power and presence of Jesus Christ in our lives. The author speaks about her personal experiences and how loss can be overwhelming and creates a sense of helplessness in all those who are grieving. Reading this book will allow healing to take place in the body and mind, making a grieving person whole all over again.

The book is encouraging to all those grieving readers to connect with God and pray to Him several times a day. The darkness and pain associated with death is real, and the heartache is profound when someone loses their child or a loved one. The author’s feelings and pain shared in the book are palpable and many readers will be able to feel and understand her heartbreaking experience of losing a daughter. The pictures shared in the book help readers to connect well with the author. The author’s uplifting words will inspire readers to seek righteousness, discipline their minds, and dwell on God. The book also reiterates the power of prayer, and will teach patience, strengthen faith, and help readers experience a spiritual metamorphosis with a new walk, talk, and mind set.
