"How two sisters created their own health spas on a budget! K.I.S.S.E.S. Keep It Simple Sisters Economy Spa" by Diane Dolphin Torres and Susan Dolphin Johnson is a very nice and enjoyable book. It is utterly different from anything I have read on the topic. Most dieting and weight loss guides focus on what you should do, without emphasizing the difficulty of losing weight. This is a lovely memoir in which both authors relate their battle to become thinner, healthier, and obviously happier. They make it so relatable, you can only feel like following in their footsteps! Everything they share comes from experience, trial, and error. They open up about what went wrong, how they managed to overcome hardships, what they felt like, and what they did to finally win the battle.

"How two sisters created their own health spas on a budget! K.I.S.S.E.S. Keep It Simple Sisters Economy Spa" is so encouraging and heartfelt. I have always wanted to lose a few pounds and I believe they have given me the impetus I need. I also loved the illustrations, the beautiful pictures, the funny cartoons, and the quotes. Everything about this book is inspiring and engaging. To top it all, this guide is comprehensive as the authors deal with food but also with rest and sleep, and exercise. I did not know about food combinations as well as recommended liver cleansing foods for instance, and these are going to be extremely helpful in the near future. Thank you for your joy, for caring, and for sharing such a gem of a book!

Understanding that our bodies are roughly 75% water helps us see the importance of hydration. Diane Dolphin Torres and her sister, Susan, in "How two sisters created their own health spas on a budget! K.I.S.S.E.S. Keep It Simple Sisters Economy Spa" emphasize hydration. These two sisters have struggled with their weight for most of their lives. In their search for a workable diet, they chanced upon what they call K.I.S.S.E.S.—Keep It Simple Sisters Economy Spa. This method involves taking a retreat from the busyness of typical life and focusing on one's health. During this time, they spent their days learning about nutrition, exercise, and relaxing. They took long, relaxing walks and spent time practicing yoga. Their eating habits were challenged and replaced with eating fruits and vegetables, which were eaten raw or juiced. The main concern was to stay hydrated.

Weight-loss spas tend to be expensive. According to "How two sisters created their own health spas on a budget! K.I.S.S.E.S. Keep It Simple Sisters Economy Spa", some resorts can cost over $10,000 per week. Diane Dolphin Torres and her sister, Susan, know this cost is prohibitive for most people. They learned from several different spas. They also read the basics for making a diet retreat on your own. These D.I.Y. spas are much cheaper and as effective as the more expensive ones. The Dolphin sisters share their experiences and inspire readers to develop healthy lifestyles. Juicing is featured and encouraged. If you have thought about dieting, especially going to a weight-loss spa, read this book and save money by doing it yourself. Not only is this book full of facts and suggestions, but it is also a delightful read.
