Everyday tasks are challenging but, for many, the company of coffee can make it engaging and entertaining. Coffee is said to be the most consumed beverage in the workplace. In Trouble With Coffee: 4 Steps for Controlling Consumption in the Workplace by Giannis Athanasiou focuses on the consumption of caffeine in the form of coffee. The book is a good tool to understand the relationship shared with coffee and how it should be consumed in moderation. The author does not ask readers to stop drinking coffee; instead, he shows them how to drink coffee in just the right way. For readers who indulge in excessive amounts of coffee at work, this book will give good insights on how to enjoy coffee without suffering its unpleasant side effects.

The topic is interesting and the author gives good tips on how to avoid the overconsumption of coffee with the help of a 4-step program. Each chapter examines the subject in detail, giving readers a lot of information about coffee and how to limit coffee drinking in workplaces. The author also speaks from personal experiences of knowing coffee addicts and how coffee consumption affected their health in a negative way. The book has good advice for all coffee addicts and the tactics are uncomplicated and easy to incorporate into life. Readers who want moderation in their coffee drinking habits will find that reading this book definitely helps. I like the author's approach to the topic. He has made it entertaining and engaging without sounding preachy.
