Jack by Steven Stack is an adorable children's picture book about the author's childhood spent with his dog, Jack. He had always wanted a dog, but for a long time, his parents kept saying no. This changed the day he met Jack. This fun-loving and one-of-a-kind dog went on to make many cherished memories with Steven. The author recounts some of those memories in this story. Taking young readers on a trip down memory lane, we glimpse the precious bond they shared. The story starts at the end of their time together and ends at the beginning. This makes for a happy read and provides a satisfying end to the story. Bright and eye-catching illustrations by talented illustrator Jayden Reed make this story stand out. The beautiful artwork brings Jack's delightful story to life in vivid color.
