Kisses and Corsets: Delcinia Diaries Book Five by Dania Vos is a sizzling romance about the budding relationship between Akira Hayashi and Trevor Jones. Akira, better known as Kiki, is the Lead Darling for Delcinia. As if her choice in her career isn’t enough cause for shame in her family, she falls in love with the drummer of Crimson Shadows. Tattooed and with a reputation for being a ladies' man, he is nothing her family would approve of. She tries to keep the sizzling attraction between them casual, but over time she falls deeply in love with him. How will her family, especially her mother, react to a relationship between them? But the heart wants what it wants, and Kiki can't stop her feelings for Trevor.
Kisses and Corsets is a whirlwind of sizzling passion and romance. This is not for the faint of heart when it comes to passionate love scenes. Dania Vos knows how to write them and make your toes curl in pleasure. The electricity between Akira and Trevor is palpable and makes for a great love story. It even features a whole section of Dungeons and Dragons to entertain you even more. This made it an interesting read, as I know nothing about the game. Amid all the romance and love scenes, the author even weaves in a storyline in which a criminal is caught with the characters' help. This novel has everything from family drama to love, and even suspense. What a great novel.
