Linked by Ink by Myunique C. Green is about Jonae Bates, a journalist in the city of Grande Gables, filled with dark secrets. Her journey begins with an assignment to unveil the gossip and scandals beneath the facade of Havenstock. As she delves into her investigation, she learns about the tragic shooting of Donovan Williams from her friend Willa, who sees a social media headline about it. As she tries to investigate further, she gets into a messy situation filled with betrayal and lies from police officers who try to silence her. Jonae, who is known for her resilient spirit, never gives up, as she is determined to reveal the truth.

What impressed me the most was how the author blends action and suspense throughout the novel. It kept me on the edge of my seat; it was like everything was happening right before my eyes, and it felt so real. Myunique's writing style is captivating, engaging, and detailed. I really appreciate Jonae's strength and courage. Despite all she went through, she was still determined to uncover the truth. I was rooting so much for her till the end. The book delves into themes of resilience, corruption, betrayal, and justice. I really appreciate Detective Vincent's effort and support in helping Jonae investigate. The characters were so well developed that it was easy for me to understand each one, which allowed me to connect with them deeply. I recommend Linked by Ink by Myunique C. Green to lovers of suspense-filled books as well as anyone who enjoys crime novels.
