She has experience of acute mental health, substance misuse, dual diagnosis, criminal justice, child and adolescent mental health, learning disabilities and autism. She gives support and advice on numerous social media platforms to thousands of people. She also has a podcast Mental Wellness Cindy available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Breaker, Overcast, Pocketcasts, RadioPublic, Anchor and Chirp.
