The book delves into the relationship between personality and habits and gives good tips on how to make permanent, positive changes to one's personality through habit-work. Human beings are creatures of habit and are attuned to certain physical and emotional habits. The techniques and strategies in the book will help readers to create mini habits and practice them, build good habits to improve life, realize the importance of taking small steps, and implement other good tips that will help improve life.
I thought it was an excellent topic for a book and the author tackles it with expertise. There are a lot of good suggestions which anyone can follow and practice without much difficulty. Kavi Yourdon mentions some keystone behaviors and the purpose of the book is to help readers harness the power of those keystone behaviors so that they can make positive changes in their lives in all areas. Mini Habits will help readers believe in the importance of having mini habits that are easy to make an involuntary part of their routine. Readers will be encouraged to use these tiny concepts when they see dramatic changes happening. The book is also a good way to do self-analysis and develop beneficial patterns in life by changing habits, mindsets, and incorporating mini habits.
