Play Better Golf with Easy Yoga: Yoga Fitness for Maximum Performance by Patricia Bacall is a resource that will benefit golfers and others who want to improve their core strength and muscular flexibility. Patricia starts off with the muscles golfers use in their swing and how yoga poses can strengthen them. She shows how yoga improves strength and stability. Patrica has a brilliant grasp of biokinetics and anatomy of the key muscles used in playing golf. The book supplies details on how to work on your balance and the range of the body’s motions. Patricia describes best practices to enhance focus and concentration. At least one photo shows each pose and also illustrates that maneuver outside on the greens. Other photos show what it looks like on the yoga mat.

Bacall did an excellent job of describing each pose so that the execution would be effortless. There are easy-to-follow step-by-step easy instructions. The accompanying illustrations are beneficial and indispensable for illustrating how to perform the pose. Play Better Golf with Easy Yoga by Patricia Bacall would be especially valuable to people who wish to improve core strength. Therefore, this book might help others as well. Patricia explains the execution of each yoga move fantastically. I enjoyed how she related the moves and the various effects on the different muscles. It was marvelous how she commented on how certain yoga poses can help with other sports injuries, such as the downward-facing dog pose that can help with rotator cuff muscles. I would recommend this book to anyone.
