Hannah was not enjoying life. She was struggling to pay her rent and find work. Things were not going her way, but suddenly she learned that she had inherited a very pricey little item from her great-aunt worth at least a million dollars. However, her world comes crashing down when her innocent young niece is kidnapped and the ransom is the item she just inherited. With no money to her name to actually get to the kidnappers, Hannah is willing to do anything she can, even if means she has to rob a bank. Will Hannah get there in time to save her niece?
Point and Shoot for Your Life by Robin Murphy is a brilliant novel that was made even more entertaining in the audiobook version. I thought I would start listening to the story before going to bed. I thought I would listen to it until I was sleepy; however, the 4 hours seem to fly by and I was having the time of my life. Kendra Murray is an amazing narrator; she seemed to put life into the story and into Hannah. Her voice was energetic and soothing at the same time, which made the novel even more interesting for me. The pace of the novel is actually pretty fast without being rushed, the development never lags and the action never stops. I was never bored or wanted to stop listening. Hannah was such a cool character and don’t even get me started on Finn MacNally. They made such a powerful team that had an awesome synergy. A definite favorite of mine!
