I have read many spiritual books, but there are few that have affected me like Seeds of Light: Channeled Transmissions on the Christ Consciousness by Patrick Paul Garlinger. The one book that deeply altered the way I see reality and myself is Awareness by Anthony de Mello, but Seeds of Light offered the tools I needed to reach deeper levels of awareness and consciousness, to beat the darkness I have carried within me and projected onto the world for many years.
