The Boy Who Wondered is a wonderful children's book. Mark Stark knows how to perfectly present a good message, calmly, with small harmonious phrases. The poem that we see throughout the book show us everything that The Boy Who Wondered sees, knows, and learns by observing those around him, trying to understand the world around him in a very positive way. The principal character is a child, so it’s easy for young readers to step into the shoes of the curious and fun protagonist and imagine all kinds of things while being interested in how things work to spark creativity. The story is accompanied by illustrations, making it much more attractive, showing both fantastic and funny situations.

Mark Stark knows how to make children reflect in the right way, nicely directing. I enjoyed this book because of its innocence and the drawing style of the illustrations. The images make you feel peaceful and, together with the melodic phrases, they give you a very relaxing feeling. The Boy Who Wondered is made with great affection for children, appreciated not only for its content but also because it is a very well-crafted book with attention to detail and an impeccable presentation. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to spend quality time with their child. This book is perfect for children who are learning to be interested in books because it is an excellent example of what a child should read.

What a beautiful thought provoking book. Ideal for young readers, starting out on their discovery of the love of literary language. Perfect for anyone wishing to read it to those that are not skilful readers. The pictures that accompany the text are beautifully simple and plain. As an ex teacher I would recommend this text for thought provoking class discussion .
