Ana Martin has survived more terror and torture than anyone could possibly handle, but she is back for more in The Last Prophecy, volume #4 in the Ana Martin Series by Lyneal Jenkins. Hunted by the police, the government, The Others, the Fae and others she doesn’t even know about, Ana feels completely alone. With Maria in America and her sister, Beth, and her whole family sent into hiding, Ana tries to vent her feelings by hunting Fae. Adam is never too far away though, and continues to train Ana to fight better and to keep watch over her. Finding some children that had recently been abducted with a group she thought were Fae, Ana discovers there are yet more races that make up the supernatural world. Trying to do the right thing, Ana and her detective friend, Crispen, return the children to their families. Like everything else she does though, this sets off a chain of events that brings total catastrophe even closer. And then there is the prophecy that everyone else but Ana seems to know about. Is she really someone special or is Ana just going crazy?
The saga of Ana Martin continues in another riveting, fast paced book full of intense emotion and the most devastating loss. You feel Ana’s pain and confusion as she tries to deal with her life as a human with Shi, not knowing if she will live past the next surprise. Lyneal Jenkins has created an amazing alternate world that hides in plain sight in the Ana Martin series. The Last Prophecy takes you deeper into the intricacies of the witches, Siis, Fae and other creatures that have their own agendas in regards to the humans who think they dominate the planet. Another terrific story that leaves you begging for more!
