Author Biography

Since my 50th high school reunion was coming up in September, 2017, I wanted to do something special for my classmates. I decided to send out survey questions about the past and then the present day. A majority of my classmates responded and with their survey answers wrote a summary about each one of them. Many were inspirational and full of wisdom from living a long life. Part of my book was dedicated to classmates who had passed away since our high school days. There were 24 in our class of 170 that had died since 1967. One of my survey questions was devoted to those classmates and there were many wonderful things that were said about those classmates. I discussed the premise of changing what is old today from years ago. We all have a tendency to shift what old is by how old we are today and that continues to shift as we age. I am a retired Associate Professor of Business Management who taught at Marshall University, Eastern Kentucky University, and Terra State Community college. I have a B.S. in Business administration and a M.S. in Labor Relations from West Virginia University. I am married to my beautiful wife, Mary, and have 2 wonderful children, Molly and Tim Jr. We currently reside in Fremont, Ohio.
