The Miracle Weight Loss Diet (A FAST Diet Journey), written by Joseph Richard, is an excellent resource for those who have tried diets and have not been happy with the results or for those who would like to cleanse, lose weight, and feel better overall. This diet is all about fasting and the author explains the different types of fasts: vegetarian, juice, water, and dry fasting. Also, there are different levels of fasting which are explained and the fasting process is shared in detail and step by step. However, fasting is not the only step; this requires a new way of thinking and also a different mindset in regards to how one eats and lives daily life. There is also a chapter devoted to exercise as this is an important component to weight-loss as well. Joseph Richard includes many tips, other resources, and meal plans in this book.

Joseph Richard shares a wealth of information for anyone who wishes to try the fasting plan in order to lose weight and live a healthier life. This is an excellent resource as not only is the plan clearly described, but the background and history of fasting is shared and also the numerous benefits. Also, what is great about this diet plan is that there are so many different options and ways to customize this to work for you; therefore it is a plan that can be personalized just for you! I highly recommend this book as a must-have resource for anyone who is considering a fasting diet plan.
