The honesty is deeply refreshing, and the discussion of intermittent fasting is given a great deal more gravity knowing that the author isn’t simply saying what they need to in order to sell the plan. Overall, The Powerhouse Diet is an interesting strategy for weight loss with a frank discussion on the process, and it could very well be the essential diet book you’re looking for.
