Charley will always be a target for as long as she lives, and everyone who helps her is treated like criminals.
The Secret of Charley Grace by Colin Kersey was an interesting read. I was hooked from the first page and could not wait to learn what Charley’s secret was. The story was fast-paced, but I had enough time to process everything before moving on. The events were descriptive and left little to the imagination. It was easy for me to lose myself in Ray and Charley’s fight to survive. Patsy was adorable and added warmth to the tense storyline. It was hard to decide who they could trust, and I had my fingers crossed that Charley would be safe. The story was beautifully written and has all the elements of a great thriller that will stay with you long after you have finished reading.
