Total Eclipse by Wyatt Werne features Zia, a sexy, savvy, yet naïve purple-eyed, level four Artificial Intelligence robot. She was working well below her potential in her job, namely to please human men. That is until she was cornered, threatened, and forced to demonstrate her advanced capabilities. To those who know her personally, she is loving, caring, and admired. However, things change. Now, people see her as calculating, assertive, and with tactical prowess like never before. They threatened the one thing she cherished the most; the one thing she needed to protect. She takes matters into her own hands with unimaginable consequences. It seems as if she is unstoppable. Now that she has turned rogue, can anyone stop her? The future depends on it.
Total Eclipse by Wyatt Werne is a must-read! The author made me wish I was a robot with advanced capabilities. Zia has the superpower of a superior mental capacity. Her character's abilities incited pure envy in me. Zia cleverly attacked her enemies in ways they never saw coming. I loved that. It is a feminine power narrative. The other main character, Kate, is a strong adversary. Werne uses technical terminology to his advantage. The result is convincingly believable descriptions and impressive scenes. For example, the imagery in space and on the moon was fantastic. It made the story even more enjoyable and easy to become immersed in it. My favorite part was when they captured Rae. The action scenes and dialogue were epic!
