Are you looking for a way that you can become a better person and start making new friends? Or maybe you’re looking for a way to improve relationships at work or in your personal life? Well, no matter what the reason, if you’re looking to become a better 'people person,' you’ll definitely want to read What are People Skills, Anyway? by Susan Maciak. This book gives you step-by-step instructions on how you can learn to relate to people and get along easily with them.

This book has recap and learning sections at the end of each chapter. That means you will be able to read through the chapter and learn new skills, and then apply the skills you’ve learned so you can handle situations more effectively. It’s great for anyone who’s not entirely sure how to get started interacting with new people. I'm a very shy person so the idea of talking to a bunch of new people is scary. Reading through this book, however, gave me a lot of information that I could apply easily without having to be nervous.

The book addresses various common scenarios that anyone might face and advises what you should do when you find yourself in them. What are People Skills, Anyway? will definitely help you get through any difficult situation that you find yourself in. Maciak has definitely done her research here.
