Are you and your kids communicating? In the beginning of this book there is a neat little quiz, and I know you will find it as amazing as I did. Questions like: do your kids spend more time texting friends than talking to you? Do you get one word answers? Has your child taught you something? And there are many more, but these will get you thinking. In his book 10 Conversations Kids Need to Have With Their Dad, Jay Payleitner does an excellent job of teaching dads how to have a close and valuable relationship with their kids, at any age. Sometimes it may be the smallest things that will let your kids know how much you care about and appreciate them. And most importantly, as the kids grow and your relationships grow, your kids will feel comfortable talking to you about anything that life brings them. When you read this book, you will say with others that ‘Raising kids just got easier!'

This is one book I really wish had been on the market for my husband when my son was growing up. It was so difficult for both of them to communicate, and this would have been a life saver. And I say this because I really believe this awesome book, 10 Conversations Kids Need to Have with Their Dad is more than just a paperback book. It is an amazing resource for all dads everywhere. No matter what stage in life, no matter what religion, every dad needs this book for a reference to go to each day. I can’t encourage you enough to pick up a copy of Jay Payleitner’s new book. Because I love this book so much, my copy is going to my nephew; he and his wife just had twin girls today, and they have 2 and 4-year-old boys.
