People experience a spectrum of emotions, both positive and negative. Ingrid Kelada's 21 Days to Happiness: Increase Your Happiness, Productivity and Energy is an insightful and uplifting book that gives a lot of tools and advice to attract positive vibes into life and help readers feel good. The 21 techniques suggested by the author are easy to understand and implement into our daily lives. Everyone wants to be on the happiness spectrum and have their own ways of defining happiness. The Top Ten positive emotions listed in the book can be used as a recipe for finding happiness. Read on to find out more about being happy and cultivate hope for the future and gratitude for the present.

I found the book motivating and inspiring. It is easy to incorporate the positive tips into daily life, thereby enabling readers to evaluate the areas they need to change to draw satisfaction, contentment, and happiness into their lives. What I like about the book is that the author gives a wide range of positive emotions for everyone to enjoy daily. She also makes readers aware and gives them a choice to be open-minded and let in moments of inspiration, peace, and serenity. It is always good to read books like this as it helps to become aware about our daily approach to life and change it, though it does not happen overnight. The prescriptions will help to repeat actions that become habits – happiness habits. The author handles the topic in a fun and interactive way instead of being too preachy and lecturing on how to be happy. This is definitely a must-have in everybody’s personal collection!
