Graffius, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL, LSSGB is a project management practitioner and consultant with expertise in project, program, portfolio, and PMO leadership inclusive of agile, traditional, and hybrid approaches. Scott is a Principal Consultant and the CEO of Exceptional PPM and PMO Solutions™, a professional services firm, where he helps clients strengthen their project management capabilities and realize their strategic objectives and business initiatives. Before that, he ran and supervised the delivery of projects and programs in public and private companies with businesses ranging from e-commerce to advanced technology, manufacturing, entertainment, and more. He is the author of two award-winning books on agile project management, and he regularly speaks at conferences and other events around the world. Graffius is a useful guide with an excellent set of principles and practices designed to be a valuable resource for a diverse audience. For all those interested in getting involved with Agile Scrum, technology management, project management, product development, or innovation, this book is a useful tool as it gives instructions for the successful implementation of Agile Scrum. The ten sections in the book make it easy to understand and incorporate the values and principles of Agile with information on the Scrum implementations and good practices.

The book is excellent and the author handles the methodology very well, methodically and extensively. The diagrams are very helpful to better comprehend the topic. The tips and techniques are useful and the book can be referred to before any project planning and will help improve on organizational skills. The topics in each section are described well with the help of points and diagrams where the instructions are clear cut, making it easy to employ Agile Scrum. All the information shared will enable any reader to set up things in a proper and effective way. The book works well for all those who are going to implement Agile Scrum, and for those with no prior experience. For those already using Agile Scrum, this is a guide for consideration and potential adaptation. The practical examples given in the book are also a bonus for readers.
