The world is witnessing the end of times, and Symone Carter is right smack in the middle of it when the novel Apocalypsis by Lecon J. Murphy begins. She’s in Chicago, taking supplies for the only surviving people living in the underground. This group of believers is trying to survive as long as they can from the clutches of Thannin Drake, One World dictator. His soldiers, called The Reavers, hunt anyone without the Drake mark. Apart from that, evil beings called Morgs are also after them.

Eventually, Symone finds herself in a dire situation and has to make her way to Miami to locate the hidden fort of the Remnant. Meanwhile, an assassin named Creed is sent by evil forces to penetrate the Remnant. Amidst all of these attacks coming in from every direction, the Remnant must face the evil around them, hoping that the Lord will come to save them.

Right from the first page, this action-packed adventure (a fictionalized version of Revelations) will keep readers on the edge of their seats. Lecon J. Murphy's novel unfolds in a thrilling series of events that make any reader worried for the book’s characters. One can not help but root for their survival, hoping with them, and running with them through unimaginable perils that only their faith and strength can possibly overcome. Symone’s determination is admirable, and the plot steers itself into interesting twists that will leave readers breathless. Suspense-filled, heart pounding, hopeful, and with a tinge of romance in the background, Apocalypsis is a worthy read for anyone who chooses to get a copy.
