Back to Natural by Natacha Moitinho is a great source for those looking to embrace a healthier lifestyle. With an emphasis on both natural processes and the benefits of changing present outlooks on diet and exercise, this book is a must-have for women. Topics include meditation, benefits of yoga and exercise, healthy eating, natural cleaners, and vegetarian living. Also included are personal stories, a recipe, workbooks to write in answers and keep assessments, and natural alternatives to chemical-laden household cleaners. Much of the book focuses on natural alternatives to items we might use every day, as well as the author’s recommendations for cutting sugar and eating healthier. For this reason, the book is recommended for those who want to lead a healthy lifestyle all round.
Author Natacha Moitinho spends much time writing about natural female processes and removing the stigma from these processes. Through her personal experiences of moving and changing her own lifestyle, the reader will begin to understand that a healthier lifestyle might be accomplished. The author mentions a dislike for exercise, which the reader can identify with in most cases, and also gives advice for how to move past that and find an exercise that is right for you. The open and honest writing style in Back to Natural was appreciated, and while not everyone will be able to use all the methods listed for personal reasons, there are many little ways listed to change to a healthier lifestyle. Back to Natural looks at female issues and natural living in an honest way, and is recommended highly for those on the path to healthy eating and living.
