The McCassey cousins are at it again. Kane McCassey has a thing about women who are, or have been, abused. His cousin, Brady, is usually ready to help him. When Lizzie Barnes drops, almost into his lap, he can see that she is a woman who needs help. She is running from her fiancé, while wearing twenty pounds of wedding dress. She knows that she needs to get out of town, and as far away as possible, before she is found. Has she traded one set of troubles for another? The mechanics who are working on his car are Kane, Brady and Cousin Rebel. When they find out Lizzie’s fiancé is a major bookie and associated with the mob, they have to decide if it is worth kidnapping her to save her. As the suspense deepens and romance buds, can Lizzie learn to trust the cousins? Will they be able to keep her safe from Nico Deluca.
This is the second book in the McCassey Cousins Betrayed series. Both will keep you on the edge of your seat as the conflict and suspense deepens.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can’t wait till the third book comes out. It is easy to relate to the characters and plot. You don't want to miss any of the McCassey Cousins series or the McCassey Brothers Series.
