Cassie Pup's Favorite Ladybug and Snake Stories is a fun and colorful children's book in which author Sheri Poe-Pape showcases two of her most enjoyed stories. The first story, Lucy the Loony Ladybug, is about a blossoming ladybug who constantly changes color. Lucy bumps into a fellow color-changing Chameleon and they go on a stroll together. I wonder who else they will bump into on their journey? The second story, Claiborne the Cha Cha Cobra, is based on a cobra who loves to dance. Claiborne enters a dance competition and shows off her much-loved routine; the cha cha cha. Will Claiborne's hard work pay off and lead her to win?
Cassie Pup's Favorite Ladybug and Snake Stories is a delightful rhyming book for children. These two short stories have been extremely well-written by Sheri Poe-Pape and the illustrations by Harry Aveira are professional and enticing. The front cover does a great job at grabbing your attention with its bright colors and unique character designs. I found that both stories flowed easily and will surely entertain any child reading them. Sheri Poe-Pape has done an amazing job of creating captivating content. I enjoyed getting to know the characters Sheri has created and I especially liked each of their personalities because they radiate confidence and positivity. Cassie Pup's Favorite Ladybug and Snake Stories would be a good read for bedtime or just simply for entertainment. Either way, you and your child will be glad you read it. I hope to see Sheri Poe-Pape and Harry Aveira collaborate again in the future.
