This superb guide grabbed my interest immediately. For such a complex subject as mindset, self-awareness, and consciousness, Minii Begum truly breaks down everything in such simplistic terms. The exercises, especially around meditation and mindfulness, were brilliant. The questions in the Daily Routine section were fantastic and, if followed, could implement mindset change instantly. The section on Personal Core Beliefs was extremely profound and really breaks down your thoughts and the reasoning behind them. The author poses questions throughout that open your mind to the power that has always been in your grasp. I realize that we have been conditioned to believe that change is not possible, that our past experiences will become our future, when this is a total fabrication of our ego. The chapter on Shifting Negative Thought Patterns and the exercises were amazing.
I loved the explanation of the three levels of self-awareness and how this can be used to improve your relationships with yourself and others, to set healthy boundaries, and deal effectively with toxic people. There is so much life-changing guidance and information that everyone will resonate with in Change. Self Heal. One Day It Just Clicks by Minii Begum. You will also discover the tools to start making changes to how you perceive your life and challenge negative misconceptions about yourself. I feel many people are going to gain so much inner strength from this guide so they realize that they hold the power to make positive changes and are not reliant on external forces to make themselves happy and fulfilled.
