Do you believe that you are the sum of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions? If so, this belief can be the fundamental reason you are not achieving the greatest happiness and fulfillment in your life. Your mindset has been programmed by a set of beliefs and thoughts from childhood and many of us go through our lives believing these assumptions to be true. Throughout Change. Self Heal. One Day It Just Clicks by Minii Begum, you will be able to distinguish thoughts and beliefs from your past which have been embedded in your mind, and recognize if they are having a positive or negative impact on your life. You will also be able to confront the negative experiences, traumas, and situations that have become a vicious circle of negativity and make positive changes to end the destructive cycle. Discover how to navigate your mindset towards positivity and be able to take the focus from your past and toward your future. You will also learn how to become more self-aware so that your mind becomes your best friend and not your worse enemy and deal with life obstacles with strength and optimism. The guide is filled with actionable steps and techniques that will truly transform how you see the world, others, and most importantly, yourself.

This superb guide grabbed my interest immediately. For such a complex subject as mindset, self-awareness, and consciousness, Minii Begum truly breaks down everything in such simplistic terms. The exercises, especially around meditation and mindfulness, were brilliant. The questions in the Daily Routine section were fantastic and, if followed, could implement mindset change instantly. The section on Personal Core Beliefs was extremely profound and really breaks down your thoughts and the reasoning behind them. The author poses questions throughout that open your mind to the power that has always been in your grasp. I realize that we have been conditioned to believe that change is not possible, that our past experiences will become our future, when this is a total fabrication of our ego. The chapter on Shifting Negative Thought Patterns and the exercises were amazing.

I loved the explanation of the three levels of self-awareness and how this can be used to improve your relationships with yourself and others, to set healthy boundaries, and deal effectively with toxic people. There is so much life-changing guidance and information that everyone will resonate with in Change. Self Heal. One Day It Just Clicks by Minii Begum. You will also discover the tools to start making changes to how you perceive your life and challenge negative misconceptions about yourself. I feel many people are going to gain so much inner strength from this guide so they realize that they hold the power to make positive changes and are not reliant on external forces to make themselves happy and fulfilled.

Change. Self Heal. One Day It Just Clicks is a work of non-fiction in the self-help and motivational writing sub genres, and was penned by author Minii Begum. As its subtitle suggests – ‘Who You Are is up to you. Give yourself 1 hour and you will look at the world from a different angle’ – the work seeks to allow its readers to examine the myriad of opposing forces within their own minds and psychology, with a view to setting themselves free of bad patterns and overwhelming feelings of negativity. In a concise but highly engaging work that covers many topics, author Minii Begum sets out to free readers of trauma and self-sabotaging behaviors so that they can move on toward a productive and more peaceful future.

Author Minii Begum has crafted a really useful self-help book with plenty of opportunities for reflection and revelation to its readers. One of the features which I found particularly impressive about this piece was the narrative tone of the author, which manages to perfectly balance giving advice with being personable, honest, and non-judgmental to any reader who may find themselves in need of help. In terms of organization, the work was well-formatted to convey information in a logical manner and allow easy reference to find essential topics again, such an important feature when you’re in need of a moment’s reassurance. Overall, I would highly recommend Change. Self Heal. One Day It Just Clicks to anyone seeking to make positive changes in their life, and most especially those who may be struggling to pinpoint the deeper sources of unhappiness in their world.

Change: Self Heal: One Day It Just Clicks by Minii Begum is a wonderful book on personal development that challenges readers to take ownership and full responsibility for their growth. The subtitle is as compelling as it is telling: 'Who you are is up to you. Give yourself 1 hour and you will look at the world from a different angle.' In this book, readers will understand how some of their core beliefs stand in their way of happiness and success. They will identify self-destructive beliefs, and understand what it takes to destroy them or shift perspective and embrace the path of effective change. The book articulates brilliantly on a variety of topics, including self-care, self-awareness, setting reasonable boundaries, and the actionable steps to make change a positive reality.

This is a slim, yet powerful book that provides readers with the resources they need to create healthy spaces for themselves where positive change and growth can happen. While the author discusses the effects of negative beliefs, she shows readers how those beliefs stop them from moving forward, keeping them stuck in the past. The voice is strong and compelling and the author writes with compassion, composing messages that address specific problems. No matter who we are, there are experiences that can be paralyzing. Minii Begum shows readers how to heal from the negativity in their lives through past experiences. I particularly enjoyed the way the author writes about self-awareness and the message on setting boundaries hit home powerfully. Change: Self Heal: One Day It Just Clicks will challenge any reader to grow stronger, taller, or bigger, one step at a time. It is insightful and loaded with wisdom.
