Max is a computer scientist who is unhappy in his job with a difficult boss. When Max finds a crystal, he discovers that Lucy is trapped in it and she can do amazing things. Lucy has helped change the world for thousands of years and is anxious to help Max change things once again. The two immediately bond and plan a way to get him a promotion, rid him of his overbearing boss, and free her from the crystal - a very intricate plan that will affect the entire city. Steve is the villain trying to get Lucy and use her for his own success story. Max needs the help of his homemade computer X and his girlfriend, Julia, to put everything right, but it will take a lot of planning and scheming. The outcome kept me reading but I will not spoil the plot by telling you any of the details; instead, you will have to read it for yourself.
Code Revelation (The Emporion Chronicles Book 1) is a story about the future, combining a mix of people, computers, a new world, and robots. A girl trapped inside a crystal until she completes her secret mission is the key to what makes this book so appealing. The story is fast moving, exciting, futuristic, and realistic, making for a really good story. Code Revelation is well written by Boris Sanders and I was pulled in from the start. All of the elements for a really good science fiction tale are well put together here. It was impossible not to root for Max and Lucy. I believe that if you are a fan of science fiction, then Code of Revelation will be a book worth reading. I personally am anxiously awaiting book 2.
