COVID-19 by Michelle Cole is a work of non-fiction from a Christian point of view. In it, the author presents the idea that COVID-19 should be a wake-up call to the world, Christians and non-Christians alike, to examine their lives, their souls, and their relationship to God. Cole offers Bible verses to back up her idea that God is in control, and is responsible for sending a pestilence that we call COVID-19. She writes that God is trying to get our attention, to have us drop our idolatry and sin, and put Him first in our lives, instead of careers, leisure, and outward-looking. The Bible verses she offers are from the Old Testament and the New Testament. She gives biblical examples of how God used plagues in history as punishment or to accomplish His will.

Cole has a no-nonsense style of writing; an earnest call to look to God and recognize Him as the source and answer to all things. This style is reminiscent of a passionate preacher giving a call from the pulpit. Besides talking about how COVID-19 has changed the world, the author offers Bible verses to uplift and encourage, stressing the point that the world needs to turn to the Creator, and to Jesus Christ for salvation; that this world is only temporary and we must prepare for eternity. The author also includes Bible verses that offer comfort in times of trouble, fear, sickness, and stress. She shows how prominent people in the Bible were not perfect, yet God loved them nevertheless, and used them for His will, just as He does with people today. One major takeaway is that COVID-19 shouldn't have to mean a death sentence, depression, or confusion. It can be a path toward peace, God's love, and salvation through Jesus Christ. If you're looking to expand your thinking on COVID-19 from a biblical perspective, and don't mind a blunt, evangelical delivery, COVID-19 by Michelle Cole is a must-read.

In this book the author discusses COVID-19 from a Christian point of view. She utilizes Biblical quotations to support her stance throughout the book. It’s only a short book but it’s an informative book drawing the reader’s attention to scripture whilst offering up a reason why the world is currently in the situation that it is. She doesn’t stop there; she goes a step further in an earnest and heartfelt call for the world to return to God.

Everything that this author states, is backed up with Scripture. It doesn't get any better than that! This book is great for Christians and non-Christians alike. After all, God is the God of ALL. Laced with scripture, Michelle Cole’s book, Covid-19, is thought-provoking as it relates the 2020 Covi-19 pandemic to some of the plagues of biblical times. The author also discusses the attributes and the nature of God and how he is The Almighty One and in control of all things. One of the key points is that pride and sin have brought this world into the darkness which is a good cause for its inhabitants to have a spiritual awakening and revival in welcoming God’s will, love, and power into their lives. In layman’s terms, He is God and we are not. Therefore, we must always be cognizant to remember to be “right-sized” as we go through the journey of this earthly life.

The book was short and did not take long to read. However, many of the most important things we hear in life are not long either and can be summed up in short. I liked the fact that biblical scripture was used and cited to validate Michelle’s key points. The consistent theme in the book is that we all need Jesus and no truer words could ever be spoken; especially in today’s tumultuous times. I would recommend Covid-19 to anyone who enjoys reading about current events and faith.

My thoughts on COVID-19 differ from but the materials/scriptures used to validate the points were well researched and laid out very organized. My differing thoughts aside, the author prepared an excellent presentation for her case. I rated it on its merits not my opinion and personal thoughts. It gives anyone interested in her premise much food for thought. A lot of pertinent info packed in a short book.

There are so many who are hurting because of this recent pandemic and many are turning to drugs, alcohol, depression, and more. Michelle calls the reader to consider another path. In this book, she shows how God is using COVID to bring us back to Him. This is a straightforward, no compromising look at how sin has led us away from God but now is the time to run back to him. Her writing style is easy to read and very persuasive. Are you looking for answers in this time of chaos? Then read this book.

In this book, Michelle Cole lays out the cold hard facts about life, and the value of it. With passion she shares the incredible impact of Covid-19 on the entire world. As she takes us on an honest, and blunt exploration of the purpose of life, the Giver of life, and why we find ourselves in this 21st Century Pandemic, you can't help but stop and ponder the challenges each question poses. I don't think anyone reading this book can walk away at the end of it, casually, without taking it to heart. Whether readers choose to believe her position, based on her Christian faith in God's Word, or not, the truth has been spoken. This book is an easy read. I read it within an hour. I liked the fact that it flowed, which allowed me to read at a consistent pace. The biblical knowledge within these pages have been documented well and supported by Scripture, bible text. You will certainly get to know the God of the bible in this book. Covid-19 by Michelle Cole is a must read!

COVID-19 by Michelle Cole is a beautifully written book on the biblical implications of the pandemic that's still intimately affecting our lives. The author skillfully states her case with supporting scriptural verses. From the first few sentences, I'm immediately drawn into the likely reasons and consequences of this pandemic and richly reminded that it's never too late to turn away from the lures of our secular world (other gods) and return to the only true God. In this day and age where fear and uncertainty dominate our lives, it is refreshing to be reminded also that God is in control and all things will work together for good to those that love God, to those that are called according to his purpose.

Ms. Cole does an excellent job of explaining why COVID-19 is here, as opposed to getting caught up in from whence it came. Ms. Cole offers scriptural basis for her thoughts and conclusions, which creates as strong a foundation for a truth as there is. Ms. Cole got right to the point and presented it in an easy to understand and digest manner. I applaud the boldness of Ms. Cole in presenting the truth of this terrible scourge. I also applaud the prophetic boldness Ms. Cole demonstrates by crying loud, sparing not and showing us our sins. This quick and easy read is recommended for anyone who will open up their mind to this truth and their heart to its solution. Kudos to Ms. Cole for tackling such a sensitive topic and using truth to dissect it.

Few people are clamoring to read a book that reminds us about sin. Nevertheless, that doesn't make the problem go away. Like an elephant in the room, its presence will be felt one way or another. Michelle Cole's book, "Covid-19," is a clarion call that exhorts us all to take the Covid-19 pandemic as a sign from God -- a call to acknowledge the "elephant in the room" and to repent of our sins.

Lest we be tempted to shrug off the role of sin in bringing about this pandemic, just take a look around. All of the big systems are broken -- police, politics, education, banking, government, and even many churches and families. On a personal level, people have been absorbed in their own pleasures and even Christians have been neglecting the work to which we have been called of building the Kingdom of God. It all boils down to sin. No wonder God decided to do something drastic to get our attention.

The author's heart for God shines through, throughout the book. This is a book that should be widely read and heeded, because it points the way forward by calling for a return to Jesus our Savior. Jesus said, "I am the Way and the Truth and the Life." He not only forgives our sins, he also heals us, as a full page of scriptures cited by the author attests. Will we heed God's call to humble ourselves and repent so that He may heal us, and heal our land? That is the 64 trillion dollar question.

Michelle Cole is a very talented and gifted writer. I like that she has backed up her findings and belief with scriptures from the Old and New Testaments. I agree that the Covid-19 is a wake-up call to the nations to return to God. I believe that God did not send this evil disease to the earth, but He allowed it to affect the earth. God uses the bad things that He allows to come to the earth so that man will turn back to God.
This is a very enjoyable read and to wrap it all up, she sends out a call for Salvation!

I absolutely loved, loved, loved this book! What an eye-opener! What I loved most was the fact that everything that Ms. Cole says is backed up by Scripture! It is not her opinion. God's Word is true because He is true. I am buying many copies of this book for friends and family as Christmas gifts. The world needs to hear this very timely and profound TRUTH. Great job, Ms. Cole!

I love this book because of your honesty. I love the fact that you hold nothing back. You speak boldly as we should for God. As you say we are nothing and would not exist without God.
He is our source not our resource.
Congratulations on your healing.
We serve an awesome God and you make that plainly clear.

Thank you
