In Death & Other Lies by Carol L Ochadleus, Matt is the hero, the villain, the guilty one and has to overcome them all. As the story opens, Matt is living happily with Kate, having finally found love and yet he is finding it hard to believe that he could be so lucky to have her. But misery is right around the corner when she disappears without a trace. He is not sure if Kate ever existed or if he was dreaming. When he finds a clue that sends him to England to begin a search for her, he is in an accident and awakens remembering nothing. He is treated as a terrorist, but has no idea of what or why he is being accused. As he tries to remember and get back to his life, he is faced with lies, confusion, mass murder schemes and more.

Death & Other Lies is everything it promises to be and so much more. I was locked in from the first page and found myself staying up late or delaying my morning chores to read just a little more. I so wanted to find out what happened. I was pulled into the story and cheered and cried for Matt and Kate and the amazing supporting players. The excitement never ended until the very last word of the book. Death & Other Lies is a book you must read for yourself because it would anti-climactic for me to give you any up close and personal details and spoil any single piece of it. Carol L Ochadleus has written a brilliant thriller/terrorist story that is a must-read. It would make an awesome movie as well. Death & Other Lies is a five plus winner.
