Felix and Phoebe’s Robot: The Adventures of Felix and Phoebe by Team 4 Element is an educational picture book for young children. One morning, friends Felix and Phoebe were confronted with a dilemma. They both wanted toast for breakfast, but Felix kept burning it. They decided to build a toast-making robot to solve their problem. At first, they were a little overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin, so they started with the one thing they always did first – ensuring their safety. After they were both geared up with safety equipment, they began their creation. Would Felix and Phoebe be able to accomplish their task and would they finally get to eat yummy, unburnt toast? Find out in this book.
Wow was my reaction after reading Felix and Phoebe's Robot by Team 4 Element. I was impressed by the way that the authors included so much information in such a short book. Children are going to have a blast learning how to make a robot just like the main characters in the story, and I feel it will inspire creativity from the moment they begin reading. The story is interesting and will capture and hold children's attention throughout. The illustrations by the incredible Romy N, Axel S, and Nataly G. are adorable and fit the book perfectly. Felix was my favorite. I hope that this team continues to write more interesting and fun books for children. I know they are going to love this one. Keep up the great work and stay creative.
