Fingerprinted Hearts by Amy M Spitzfaden follows the misfortunes of the Anderson sisters. Fawn and Penny both love the More Please Bakery but for very different reasons. For Fawn, it was the place to heal her betrayed heart while for Penny it was an escape from a relationship that was going nowhere. Fawn has a bit of a history with the owner of the bakery though, and Penny has developed feelings for the delivery guy. With bakery funds running low, something needs to happen and Penny has managed to find a famous client for them. Finding the right design and keeping a starlet happy are no easy tasks and the sisters are facing more than they can possibly handle. It’s time to decide what must go so they can keep what is worth the effort.
Fingerprinted Hearts by Amy M Spitzfaden is a story full of romance, drama, a bit of suspense and a sprinkling of humor. It’s a really well-written book with a great story line that flows smoothly and a nice plot. The characters are real; they’ve been written in a realistic way and are very relatable, fitting in with a realistic story about love, life, trials, and tribulations. There is plenty going on here and a few twists that kept me on my toes too – this isn’t just your ordinary chick lit tale, there’s more to it. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this book and everything to love. I really enjoyed it, and I am looking forward to reading more from Amy Spitzfaden in the future.
