Giggles Galore is an excellent option for spending time with the family and will allow you to enjoy the moment through laughter. Here we have many jokes accompanied by some fun facts and historical content. Giggles Galore will help develop children's creativity through humor. Carole P. Roman arranges the content in categories such as food, animals, dinosaurs, and others. Between the jokes are true and false questions, making learning fun. There is even a section that encourages children to create their own jokes. And although the content is mainly humorous, there is a story at the end that will teach kids when it is appropriate to make jokes and when it is not. With Giggles Galore, kids will learn a lot of new information and reflect on how to interact correctly with other kids.

Word games are good for stimulating intelligence, so I think Giggles Galore will help children in many ways. It will help them communicate better with other children. I found the content to be quite funny and appropriate. It uses a very entertaining sense of humor for children of all ages. In addition, Giggles Galore includes funny illustrations. Sharing these jokes and curiosities can help increase your self-esteem and generate many topics of conversation. We know children learn more when they enjoy the moment, so I recommend Giggles Galore. Carole P. Roman doesn't just limit herself to jokes, she includes fun facts and material for reflection. She shares information about historical characters and debunks some myths, always following the topics of the jokes.

Giggles Galore: Jokes, Riddles, and Fun Facts for Kids of All Ages by Carole P. Roman is a delightful collection of amusing items that will enliven many hours with fellowship and laughter. Roman also uses the “giggles” for education and instruction. She divides the charming items into categories: Food Jokes, Animals Down on the Farm, Cats, Dogs, Mice, Jungle Animals, Forest Critters, Dinosaurs, Celebration, and Funny You Should Ask. Later she has a section called Now You Try It, which challenges readers to create their jokes with exercises and prompts. Finally, there’s a short story about the difference between laughing at someone as opposed to laughing with them. She finishes off with a preview of her new book Grady Whill and the Templeton Codex.

This gag selection will amuse adults as well as children. In reading it, I had quite a few chuckles and shared many of them with my wife. She speaks English as her second language and learned many slang expressions such as the word hogwash and even history such as who Johnny Appleseed was. This book provides many opportunities, not only for learning slang but for understanding how to use kidding positively. Do you happen to know what a math teacher’s favorite dessert is? This book will tell you. Or, what a French cow says? It’s there. For adults, a few glasses of wine and there will be hilarity all around. Giggles Galore by Carole P. Roman is splendidly illustrated by Leen Rosian and Mateya Arkova and is not only funny as the dickens but demonstrates that humor is a great technique for teaching.

In Giggles Galore: Jokes, Riddles, and Fun Facts for all Ages by Carole P. Roman, readers are reminded that laughter is the best medicine as it helps clear away the dreariness of a rainy day or the doldrums of misery. Sharing a good joke is one way to create a laughter-filled world around you. It has to be a good joke, like “What’s a potato’s favorite form of transportation?” or “What do you call an egg that goes on a safari?” Sharing jokes not only brightens the room with laughter but also empowers the person sharing the joke. That being said, one has to be careful when telling jokes, and careful not to offend anyone. It’s much too easy to make something someone else does into a big deal - a big laughing deal.

Carole P. Roman’s children’s book Giggles Galore is a great source of good jokes, interesting facts, and a powerful lesson on showing care and compassion when sharing jokes. The book is organized into sections, starting with an introduction as to what constitutes a joke, followed by a selection of jokes and fun facts on food, animals down on the farm, cats, dogs, mice, jungle animals, and forest critters. It ends with two miscellaneous groupings: let’s celebrate, and funny you should ask. In the now you try it section, the author provides prompts to help young readers create jokes themselves. It concludes with a short story about how jokes can go wrong and sometimes hurt people. This is a great educational tool, as well as an engaging and informative read. And, of course, funny.

Giggles Galore: Jokes, Riddles, and Fun Facts for Kids of All Ages by Carole P. Roman is a children’s book full of brain-working and entertaining facts. It has a collection of jokes divided into specific topics like Food Jokes, Animals Down on the Farm, Cats, Dogs, and Mice, Jungle Animals, Forest Critters, and many others. At least two true or false and interesting facts can be found on each page with a different topic, like if the Stegosaurus was the smartest of all the dinosaurs. As you approach the end of the book, Carole P. Roman provides a lovely story that has the purpose of teaching the young reader when jokes are funny and when they stop being funny and start hurting people’s feelings.

One of the aspects that I enjoyed about Giggles Galore is the power to amplify the jokes of Carole P. Roman through the illustrations made by Leen Roslan. The impact of each joke with an illustration was much greater than the normal ones. I liked the interactivity of the book through the theoretical scenarios, which made me connect with the book by using my imagination to solve them. Combined with the illustrations, the scenarios, the exercises, and the lovely story that teaches some lessons about jokes, I had a great time reading the book.
