Author Biography

Katheryn Lane works full-time as a teacher, mother and wife, but somehow also finds time to be a part-time writer as well! She loves to write contemporary romances set in exotic locations. Her first romance, The Royal Sheikh, was inspired by her experience of living in the Middle East, while her second romance novel, Her Latin Lover, takes readers to the treacherous towns and countryside of South America. In her free time (on the rare occasion that she has any!) she likes to lose herself in a good book.

This is an interesting tale that has some intriguing twists. "Her Latin Lover" is good romance for adults who don’t mind suggestive sexual talk. It is a well-written story with well-rounded characters. The story is unusual, and a great entertainment for those who love romance and hunks with brains.

When Mary Delaney is offered an all-expenses paid, luxury holiday in South America with her journalist boyfriend, the last thing she expects to happen does. She finds herself stuck in the middle of nowhere with no way to communicate, no boyfriend, no money, no way of getting back to London, being the winning prize of a local sexy landowner, Don Paulo de Castile, and accused of murder. In a land where men are in charge and may demand what they may from a woman, Mary has her vacation cut out for her. Her new adventure turns into a nightmare when her boyfriend disappears with all the money after a game of cards. Now she is alone in a place she doesn’t know and she cannot communicate with the locals. This is a hopeless situation and she can’t decide if she is in more danger from the locals or from the local hunk.

You will fall in love with the spirited damsel in distress that doesn’t fear anyone. "Her Latin Lover" has a strong plot and well-crafted characters that make it an interesting read.
