Streyffeler breaks down aspects of the different types of relationships we have with others. This helps provide the context for a new and progressive way of viewing the world. You will also examine the interior and exterior factors that affect relationships. With the advent of today's progressive relationships, it provides just the right tools to prepare you and your partner for a better understanding of self-love and healthy relating.

Laura Streyffeler's How To Have A Healthy Relationship In An Unhealthy World is a perfect resource for those looking to fix or improve their relationships with others. Streyffeler provides a comprehensive and informative look at the various factors that affect relationships, giving us a clear look at whatever issues we must address in our relationships with people. It provided me with a new perspective on how to handle my relationships and has been life-changing for me and should help me improve my relationships and myself. The importance of boundaries is also discussed. Since you are worthy just as you are, others need to respect your space. There is so much more in this book that you need to learn and I recommend that you start reading it soon.
