Many things can cause low energy. This book proposes several of them and describes solutions to these problems in Instant Energy: How to Get More Energy Instantly! from the Instant-Series Publications. Factors such as attitude, self-talk, lack of exercise, and even laziness can be at fault. Not just a list of things to DO, there is even at least one DON’T, which is talk about your tiredness. If you dwell on your tiredness and tell others about it, you are in essence convincing yourself you’re stuck with it. Watch what happens when you always say, “I can’t stay up past 8:00. Every time we put a movie on I never see the end of it because I’m snoring on the couch.” The more you say it, the more it will become self-fulfilling and true.

Likewise, the opposite is true because if you say, “I enjoy skiing! I want to spend time with my friends!” you will psych yourself up for it. Try these other ideas. Do something out of the ordinary so that you don’t get stuck in a rut or stay in the rut you’re already in. Write or draw something without fear of judgment. If you color in a coloring book, no one has to see and no one will care. Instant energy is a great book for me because I am often quite tired. While there may be medical reasons for tiredness, the reason could also be lack of sleep, lack of exercise, or poor nutrition. Changing my routine is my favorite since it often does help me to feel more alert.

As a full-time student, I'm often faced with many hours of exams and sleepless nights. I purchased this e-book as a supplement to the other measures I am taking to reduce fatigue and get energized (such as my high daily intake of caffeine). Not only was the book short and to-the-point but all of the points that it covered could be applied immediately. Moreover, the results were just as immediate as well! I now apply the points throughout this book daily and my energy has been boosted drastically. Although I still drink a lot of caffeine, I owe it to this book for the innovative, easy-to-follow tips that allow me to take my energy to the next level.

In particular, I really liked how the book use a multi-dimensional approach in providing solutions. There is a section on how to PHYSICALLY boost your energy, MENTALLY boost your energy, using SMALL CHANGES to boost your energy, and changing your ATTITUDE to boost your energy. This is the reason that the solutions are so applicable to anyone. This book also tells you what to NOT do (which is equally as effective and useful) such as to not write a list of reasons why you are tired, a poem or journal entry that is negative and expresses how you currently feel.

All in all, YOU need to pick up this book to find out exactly why it is so effective. I am extremely pleased with this book and would recommend it to anyone!


Going through my days, I was down on energy. I admit energy is hard to get when you are feeling exhausted and tired. We all have busy schedules and it can be hard to muster up energy to do the things we need to do. I was excited to come across this book as I figured it might help me get more energy through my days.

I was able to learn some secrets on how to get more energy. I enjoyed how this book focused on natural ways to get energy rather than using other forms of caffeine or medication. One of the most beneficial things I learned through the book was how to increase my energy levels.

After work, I was finding myself passing out and feeling weak. I have learned ways to get my energy levels back up to normal levels. Learning the secret pressure points have helped me to reduce stress and lower fatigue in my body. I am able to do them to myself and it's helping me to be able to relax.

Another problem I had was dozing off in the middle of doing things. I would randomly pass out while trying to get things done. These small and simple tweaks I have made to my life have really made all the difference when it comes to my energy levels. I've found ways to get an instant rush and a push of energy. I'm amazed at how much a positive attitude can do to help you stay energized. This book was such a great purchase for me and I learned a lot through it.
