Evil lurks everywhere. For Suraj, evil is George, the lab assistant who didn't want Suraj to have access to the labs to catch up on his school experiments. Suraj had been sick for some time and he had missed a lot of school. Working in the labs during the weekend, Suraj would be able to catch up. But there is an invisible force in the lab with him, a force that he thinks is George playing nasty pranks on him.

Suraj's mystery person in the lab isn't George, but rather Krishta, a being from another planet, one who can become invisible and blend into the surroundings. Krishta connects with Suraj, but she also causes Suraj some problems when she breaks the beakers and makes a mess. The evil lab assistant, George, is not at all happy. But George isn't the biggest evil that threatens. Krishta comes from a planet so far advanced that there is no longer any violence and no one believes in violence, that is until Ikor was banned from their planet for his aggressive desires to take over the universe. Now Ikor is after Krishta and her father.

Gita V. Reddy has written a charming story about friendship and interstellar personalities. She creates a fascinating character from a very advanced planet, where violence of any kind is frowned upon and the residents of that planet have no need for a justice system since there is no violence. This utopian planet is certainly not shatter-proof, as her protagonists discover. As the plot thickens and the friendship deepens, the story becomes more entertaining. This is an interesting fantasy/sci-fi for young readers.
