To keep the tears at bay, she promises to stay in touch with her boys and spins an incredible story to help them bridge the gap while she’s away. This fun tale takes the kids on a pirate voyage through New York City, including places like Central Park and the Statue of Liberty. Instead of gold, their mom reimagines her trip as a pirate hunting for a chest that holds a family photo and a loving note. It’s a literal treasure hunt through a concrete jungle that leads right back to the reunion at the front door. Can an exciting story really make a week apart fly by?
