Stress finds a way to sap the sleep, peace, and fun from our lives. However, it can also be an excellent motivator and driver of success. Olga Pinn is a certified meditation teacher and wellness coach who spent the better part of the last few decades on three separate continents absorbing their cultures, traditions, and knowledge. In this book, she introduces the framework to help readers navigate stress and anxiety with the Stress Protection Factor (SPF). Using real-life stories, Eastern philosophies and traditions, and science-backed research, Pinn offers readers tools for building well-being and inner resilience. The author explains Buddha's four principles of the happy path in depth. Furthermore, you will learn about the three layers of human intelligence, how intuition works, the six essential tools for attention care, and more.

This is one of the most engaging books on stress prevention that I've read. Olga Pinn shares personal anecdotes and real-life stories to help readers understand the context behind her insights. This makes the topics not only informative but also very relatable. Another noticeable facet for me was how practical and grounded the Stress Protection Factor is. It's clear that Pinn's observations are rooted in proven ancient cultural practices as well as scientific research. After reading this book, I found myself fascinated by Vipassana. To me, this is both a memoir and a self-help guide. I think it will appeal to a broad range of readers, regardless of background. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the book and found it very inspiring and illuminating. I recommend it to all readers.
