Gracie Cooper was born in South Florida to a large, loud, rowdy Cuban family where Sunday dinners were as sacred as the dominoes played every evening. Featuring an authentic and exciting cast, Cooper hatches an intriguing plot. The author uniquely captures the mood and setting of the scenes through vivid depictions. She has a knack for making the scenes tremendously dramatic and all this makes the reading experience feel like watching a Hollywood romantic comedy movie. I’d love to see Loving Whiskey on the screens. I could feel the palpable chemistry between Colt and Whiskey. Every scene involving Whiskey’s curious and daring friends’ interactions left my ribs sore. I loved it and I’m looking forward to reading more.
