Mister Pushkin takes a Hike finds the lovable feline taking off on his own adventure with Klem and Emma at a loss to his whereabouts. These are just a few of the stories found among the twelve tales with others that find Mister Pushkin entering cat shows, confronting shady characters, visiting the vet, and enjoying the excitement of races. Bruce is the only other primary feline character and is common throughout the tales, often coming into play in Mister Pushkin’s adventures. The descriptions continue to be delightful with examples including describing Dolores as having a face that could incinerate stone and describing a character as having a cadaverous body.
